Shipping, Payments and Returns
Items are shipped within 1 business day following receipt of payment. Deliveries are based on business days (Mon-Fri except Holidays). We use DHL to ship all our products – a tracking number will be sent to the customer on completion of the order.
To date no shipments have ever been lost but in this unlikely event the customer will be refunded 7 days from the date the order is placed.
Within the European Union no import duties are applicable – however a full customs declaration will accompany the purchase.
Countries outside the union will be responsible for any taxes which are due on the purchase. We will not post to countries which do not have electronic tracking.
We have a flat rate which covers the cost of posting and packaging:
European Union: €30
Rest of the world: €50
We accept all credit cards and Paypal. If you wish to pay for one of our accessories by cheque or postal order please call our customer care on 00353876677492. If you are paying over 2 months please also contact us either by phone or email. A 50 % deposit is required for all bags with the other 50% paid in the second month.
We accept returns as long as the security tab is still in place, the original packaging is intact and the product has not be tampered with or altered in any way. The product needs to be returned within 28 days of purchase.
