The bags we sell

When will my bag be shipped?

Normally within 24hrs of payment (excluding bank holidays and Sundays).

How is my purchase shipped?

We use DHL and all our products are sent tracked and insured.

What if my purchase goes missing?

In the four years we have been operating none of the products we have shipped have been lost. But if you have a concern or problem please contact us – we are more than happy to help.

Can I ship to another address?

Yes, if you inform us on the address page. We will also package for birthdays, Mother’s Day, Valentines or Christmas.

Do you provide customs forms?

Yes. All our products are sent with all the proper documentation to ensure they clear customs as quickly as possible. Within the European Union there are no customs duties for our customers. However all other countries will have customs applicable to their country of residence and we cannot undeclare the value of the products purchased.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do. As long as the security tag is still in place we will refund within 28 days of purchase either in the form of a cash refund or a gift card for our site.

Do you buy any brand?

We accept only high end accessories – a list is on our selling form.

Do you give a price based on just photographs?

Yes we do – however a full price will be offered on inspection of the product.

How much do you charge for this service?

We either offer a straight buy out of your goods or we will offer to sell the product on your behalf – we charge 20% of the sale price for this service.

What if my goods don't sell?

Normally we would expect a bag to sell within 28 days but if it doesn’t we can agree to extend the selling period and discuss discounting the product further. At any time you can ask for the bag to be returned at no extra charge.
